Date cake for New year

Dates 150g
Boiling water1cup
Sugar 1/2cup
Flour 1cup
Butter 100g
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1tsp
Baking powder 3/4tsp
Baking soda 3/4tsp
Salt


Method:

Step 1: Boil the mixture of Dates, salt, water, sugar, and salt. Bring it to boil and simmer for 1 min. Turn off the flame and add baking soda Let it come to the room temperature.








Step 2: Sift the flour and baking powder gradually through the strainer










Step 3: Preheat the oven 180’C, If it’s a fan oven 300’C for 10min. Prepared your baking tray and grease it well.





Step 4: Get the prepared dates mix and add eggs and mix well then add flour mixture and mix it well.


Step 5: Pour the cake mixture into the tray and bake for 30-40 min. toothpick test to check the baking.
