To make the pancake;
Potato 1
Onion 1
Plain flour ½ cup
salt
Turmeric powder
oil to fry
for the Dip;
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Lime ½
Green Chilli and onion
Method:
Step 1: grate potatoes and onion into a fine paste, add salt and turmeric. Potato loves salt so, add enough salt. Add flour and mix it well.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture into it and fry both sides.
step 3: To make the dip, add soy sauce, lime, green chili and onion it a small bowl and mix it.
