Never Go Wrong Chocolate Cake

Plain Flour            3 Cups (400g)
Cocoa powder       1 Cup (100g)
Sugar                     2 Cups (400g)
Butter                    2 Cups (450g)
Eggs                      8
Baking powder     2tsp
Baking soda          2tsp
Milk                      1/2 Cup
Vanilla                    2tsp

There are some main points you should pay attention to...

  1. Sift plain flour, baking soda, baking and cocoa powder together for 3-2 times
  2. Milk should be hot in order to help baking soda to do its' duty
  3. Add milk just before the cake goes to the oven 
  4. Upside down the cake when its came out of the oven ( This help to get the even moist in cake)
