Pasta and tuna salad









  1. Pasta
  2. Water
  3. Tuna
  4. Capsicum 
  5. Carrot
  6. Sweet corn 
  7. Mayonnaise 
  8. Butter
  9. Lemon juice 
  10. Lemon zest 
  11. Salt and Pepper 

Make pasta
  • Add pasta to boiling water. Boiling water should be seasoned with salt and butter before adding the pasta.
  • Once it is cooked drain the water and give a nice wash with tap water.
  • Leave pasta for few minutes to drain excess water.
Make salad
  • Diced capsicums
  • Grated carrot and remove the water from it. (What I did, I just squeezed it up)
  • Add tuna, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and paper into a mixing bowl and mix well. 
  • leave it about an hour in the fridge before you serve.
